Dr. Ahmet Ergin’s practice offers cash‑pay programs for hormone replacement therapy (HRT), weight management and related medical services. Eligibility for certain services is determined through the pre‑qualification questions you answer on our forms. Our programs are not billed to insurance; you agree to pay any membership fees and lab costs directly.

Eligibility and Patient Responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legal agreement to use our services. Providing false information may result in termination of your membership or refusal of service.
